Last updated: 22 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DealFlow AI(the “Service”), operated by Ada Corporate Advisory. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DealFlow AI helps you source, qualify, and reach UK companies using data from the Companies House register and AI analysis. We may update, improve, or change features of the Service over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and use the Service for legitimate business purposes.

3. Acceptable use

  • You will comply with all applicable laws, including UK GDPR, PECR, and anti-spam rules, when sending outreach.
  • You will respect do-not-contact requests and maintain a lawful basis for contacting companies and individuals.
  • You will not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security or per-user data isolation, or use it to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.
  • You will not resell or redistribute the Service or its data except as permitted.

4. Data and outreach responsibility

Company data surfaced by the Service originates from public sources such as Companies House. You are responsible for how you use that data and for any outreach you send, including compliance with applicable data-protection and marketing laws.

5. AI-generated content

Prospect scores, rationales, and drafted outreach are generated with AI and may contain errors. They are provided for your assessment and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or acting on them.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ada Corporate Advisory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
